The equipment is warranted by the LUMINA SHAPE™, to be free from manufacturer's mechanical and structural defects for a period of 36 months starting from the day the unit is received.

The warranty for probes is valid for 12 months from the date of receipt of the item and is limited to manufacturer defects only.  During the regular course of business, probes will experience normal wear and tear, which is not covered.

Only replacement parts and technical support and/or a replacement machine will be supplied.  Return for a refund is not an option.   After the first 12 months have passed, buyer will be responsible for any shipping cost should a replacement of the main machine or probes be granted.

Please report any logistics damages within 24 hours of delivery.  We will solve your issues promptly.
